General Policies
A. Nippon Ơi Event
1. General Event Policies:
– Event operating hours (Water Park 365 front area, Main Lobby, and Nippon Conference Room): 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
– Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for baby food and special dietary needs. Dining is available at onsite restaurants.
– Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
– Event tickets grant access to activities according to ticket type (excluding optional paid services). Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
– Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Management is not liable for any loss or damage.
Please follow staff instructions, especially in emergency situations.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event area.
– Filming and photography for commercial purposes require prior approval from the event organizers.
– Membership cards and other promotions do not apply to online ticket purchases.
– Ticket prices include VAT and service fees.
2. Service Package Policies:
– Free access to event areas depending on ticket type.
– Participate in all interactive activities, shopping, performances, and F&B services at Da Nang Mikazuki.
– Enjoy exclusive areas and activities according to ticket privileges.
– No limit on group size.
– Compliance with ticket category regulations is required.

B. Water Park 365
1. General Park Policies:
Indoor area opening hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
– Outdoor area opening hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– No outside food and drinks allowed (except baby food or special diets). Dining available at onsite restaurants.
– Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
– Park entry ticket grants access to all rides and areas, excluding optional paid services. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
– Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Management is not liable for any personal property loss or damage.
– Please follow staff instructions, especially during emergencies.
– Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
– Commercial filming and photography require prior approval.

2. Ticket Pricing:
– Under 1 meter: Free entry
– 1 meter to 1.4 meters: Child ticket rate
– Above 1.4 meters: Adult ticket rate
– Membership cards and promotions do not apply to online ticket purchases.
– Ticket prices include VAT and service fees, with a 5% discount for online bookings.

Important Notes:
– Last call for dining reservations at 12:30 PM, 2:15 PM, 4:30 PM, and 9:00 PM.
– Various dining options featuring Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines are also available within the water park (K-Bop, Wasa-bee, Ocha, Emoi, Burger Factory).
– Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
– Park ticket holders have access to all areas and rides except optional paid services.
– Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
– Commercial shooting requires prior management approval.
